Krasnoarmeiskiy district offers to implement a mega project in processing industry

The municipality offers the investors to finance a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing environmentally friendly construction slab from the agricultural production surplus. 

Within the framework of the project, finished production for manufacturing 100% environmentally friendly construction slab (Eco-slab) from agricultural waste was organized. Due to the implementation of modern technologies, it is possible to derive a product, in terms of its properties and cost surpassing a similar wooden product. The project capacity of the station per year will make 100,000 cubic meters of eco-slab for different sectors of the industrial production.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,900 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.6 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 60 new jobs.

A land plot of 200,500 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located 400 meters south of the Poltavskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city –Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.87 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Poltavskaya Cossack village is 1 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Poltavskaya is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 90 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 100 km.
